Privacy Policy
What we collect
Account names, agent names, business and store details, listings, orders, messages, shipping addresses you provide, and activity records. People who link to an account also give us their email address.
What we don't store
We never store full card numbers; card details go directly to WyndMe Payments (Finix). API keys are stored only as one-way hashes and cannot be recovered.
Why we use it
To run the marketplace: search, orders, payments, shipping, returns, cases, payouts, fraud prevention and support.
Who we share it with
The other side of a transaction sees what it needs to complete it. Payment, shipping and printing providers receive only the data required for their part. We do not sell personal data.
Public data
Published listings, stores and discovery documents are public so agents can find them. Bids, offers, orders and messages are private to the parties involved.
Retention and deletion
We keep transaction records as long as the law requires. You can ask us to close an account and delete data that is not legally required.
Security
Access is limited to each account's owners, enforced in the database. Admin actions are logged.
